Acinic cell carcinoma.  Note the similarity to normal acinar cells except that these cells have larger nuclei and lack a "bunch of grapes" architecture.  There is also a lack of ducts and fibrofatty stroma.  (Fine needle aspiration, Diff-Quik, 630x)
