Clinical History:
Patient is a 31-year-old female with history of asthma, aspirin allergy, allergic sinusitis and rhinitis who presented with abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea and 15 pound weight loss. Peripheral blood counts revealed 40% eosinophils. Biopsies of the mid esophagus and duodenum are shown.
