  Case 32
Clinical History: 68 year old male with severe anemia underwent upper GI endoscopy to evaluate for upper GI hemorrhage. A polyp was found and excised. Microscopically, large atypical stromal cells were identified. The polyp is consistent with a gastric hyperplastic polyp. What are the larger cells in the stroma?
