| Clinical History: | 57 year old female undergoes upper endoscopy to evaluate an antral-based submucosal mass. The mass was approximately 2 cm in largest dimension. EUS and endoscopic resection were attempted, but the mass could not safely be excised with this procedure, so biopsies were obtained. |
