| Clinical History: | The patient is a 47-year old woman who was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the colon with metastases to multiple sites. She came to clinical attention when her dentist noted an enlarged cervical lymph node during a routine dental exam. The patient subsequently underwent a liver resection and cholecystectomy as part of her treatment; the photographs shown here are from the cholecystectomy specimen.
