Pattern 1

Uniform loosely-packed glands with pale to clear cytoplasm larger than typical Gleason pattern 3 adenocarcinoma. The focus would be consistent with Gleason score 2+1=3. Where the glands in the lower right are more uniform in size consistent with pattern 1, glands in the upper left and top are more variable in size consistent with pattern 2.
