Mucinous Cystadenocarcinomas Return to List

These are benign (non-cancerous) tumors which form large cysts (fluid filled spaces). These cysts are lined by tall cells which produce mucus (arrows.)

Mucinous cystadenocarcinomas are the cancerous (malignant) counterpart to these tumors.
